Smoke & Honey — brunch worth the 40-minute wait (barely)

The good

The hot honey chicken biscuit. I’ve thought about it every morning since. Coffee refills were fast and nobody rushed us out, even at peak brunch hour.

The less good

There’s no shade outside and the text-when-ready system texted us… after we were seated. Go at 9am sharp or embrace the wait.
