Our Saturday farmers market routine (and the stand you should hit first)
Peak tomato season waits for no one.
This is a sample post — replace it with your own local finds!
Every Saturday, same route: coffee first, tomatoes second, and the pastry stand before it sells out at 9:30 (learned the hard way, twice).
The route
- Coffee cart at the entrance — cash only, worth it.
- The tomato stand at the far end. Skip the first one you see; trust us.
- Pastries. If the line looks long, it’s because they’re that good.
This week’s haul
Heirloom tomatoes, a shameful amount of peaches, and a sourdough loaf that made Colin’s homemade attempt very quiet for a while.
